Products that are In stock will be processed within 2-4 business days.
For products that are handmade-to-order, please allow up to seven business days for your order to be processed.
All orders will be shipped and tracked via Royal Mail.
Returns
Aevum is a small, one-person business, so at this moment, returns are not accepted and all sales are final.
I want you to be happy with your purchase and will strive to fix any issues that may arise. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, send me a message and I will do our best to rectify it.
Repairs
It’s important to me that you are satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of your purchase; so I sincerely apologise if you received an item that is damaged or faulty.
Please contact Aevum if you have any questions or issues with your order. I offer repairs on all Aevum jewellery purchased through the site. Depending on the nature of the damage and purchase date, a small fee may be incurred to cover the costs of the repair. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
